Basada en sus vivencias y lecciones aprendidas en Nueva York, Jon Bon Jovi escribió “Runaway”. El cantante, que grabó el tema antes de formar su banda, decidió enviar su demo en solitario a diferentes estaciones de radio.

Afortunadamente, una de ellas la incluyó en su programación y gracias a ello y a la popularidad que alcanzó el tema, en 1984, el artista la estrenó junto a su banda, Bon Jovi. Este es un gran tema que, 34 años después, sigue vigente en la mente de los rockeros.
